1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Set within the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, and just a few minutes walk from Carew Castle, on the estuary of the Cleddau. Both properties offer an ideal holiday base to explore the surrounding areas, enjoy cycling or relaxng walks with picturesque scenery, or lazy days fishing. There are many beaches in the area, Manorbier is only 7 miles and has a Norman castle. Tenby or Saundersfoot are approximately 12 miles. Shop 1/2 mile, pub 1 mile.

Ground floor: Living room. 3 steps down to dining room/kitchen. Beams throughout. 1 twin bedroom. Separate toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double (four poster), 1 single. Bathroom with shower over corner bath and toilet.

  2. A really cosy cottage in a lovely rural location. Very efficient central heating and good facilities for washing clothes, etc. so even if the weather is not great you can enjoy the outdoors and come home to a warm cosy place to get dry! June 2012.
  3. As we did not know the area very well it would have been good to have had a local history of Milton itself as there are some interesting ruins around the village. The church, for instance, has a charnel house in its grounds which is something that I have never seen. Maybe a little local map with footpaths. A history of the house itself would also be very welcome as I gather it has a fascinating past. April 2012.
  4. The exterior of the belied the homeliness of this cottage even our dog felt at home. It is in a rural setting but fifteen minutes from supermarkets and Penbroke Dock shops. Dec 2010.

  12. Gareth cottage is a delightful country property just outside the small village of Milton. It is fully equipped with all ’mod cons’ and is a lovely place to return to after a day’s walking or sight-seeing. It is ideally situated to explore Pembrokeshire and south Wales. I would happily return and also recommend it. May 2010.

  18. The cottage is an excellent base to tour around the area. We had a good Holiday. The Beds themselves were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The living room was lovely and comfortable. Garden good size and plenty of room to sit out, table and chairs were provided, plus a bench at the front. We loved it. May 2009.
