Gareloch is just down the lane with a launching slip, ideal for canoeing, windsurfing, dinghies and fishing. Loch Lomond National Park and golf course, 15 minutes. Monro’s, Cobbler 20 minutes, Ben Lomond 40 minutes. Helensburgh 10 minutes, Glasgow 45 minutes. Shop 2 miles.

We have stayed in many holiday cottages over the years and this is one of the best - beautifully presented and very well equipped, very imaginative use of space to cram in washing machine, dryer, freezer etc without feeling in the least overcrowded or cramped. The owners have gone to great lengths to ensure visitors’ comfort and to provide for their every need! The small walled garden was an unexpected bonus and especially useful as we have dogs and it was completely secure. All in all, a delight. May 2008.
  13. Welcome was wonderful, a bottle of bubbly + freshly cooked loaf of bread and tea making in the kitchen. The cottage was lovely and warm with both the underfloor heating and the free supply of logs for the woodburning stove. The DVD/radio player didn’t work very well, but next day Bill went out and bought a new one and happily installed it for us. A little home from home. Sept 2008.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason.
