Property Description

This ground floor holiday apartment with its own lawned garden and seating area is located just back from the seafront in Clevedon. It’s a few minutes walk to the town centre to reach the sea, pebble beach, promenade, shops and amenities. This Victorian resort has traditional attractions such as the pier, bandstand, the oldest cinema in the UK, and the lakes, parks and coastal walks to explore. Bristol, with its museums, galleries, theatres, shopping malls and harbourside, is a mere 30 minutes away. Weston Super Mare and attractions such as Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge and Caves and the SS Great Britain are within easy reach. Shop 0.5 miles, pub and restaurant 300 yards.

  2. Flat was immaculate and owners were lovely very friendly. Was a Perfect base to visit the Christmas markets of bath and Bristol. Lovely town with pubs and everyone so friendly. Couldn’t have asked for better. Everything was there towels washing liquid ect little things that made it a home from home. Dec 2011.
  3. The garden flat has a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher and in the bathroom is a washing machine and tumble dryer. A lot of thought has clearly gone into making the property extremely cosy. It is a home form home and i would highly recommend it. The only issue I experienced was with the length of the bed. It was quite short for me being 6ft 3" and a little too soft for my liking, but i appreciate these are only minor issues. The location is fantastic. A lovely coastal walk can be made a few yards away from the Flat along to Portishead. There are many fine restaurants to choose from to dine in the unspoilt, charming centre of Clevedon. Oct 2011.
  4. Very high standard, large flat in a very quiet and pleasant part of the town. Clevedon is rather quiet but it makes a great base for visiting lots of nearby attractions and the local cinema provides an enjoyable trip down memory lane. Sept 2011.
  5. The property was ideal for the two adults and one child (6). The facilities were top notch and the place was so clean and well maintained that we felt it was like a home from home. The owner was really helpful also. We will be booking this property for our holiday next year (if it is available!). Aug 2011.
