Customer Comments

Selected comment(s) from customers who have enjoyed staying at this property:
  1. A well proportioned property and generously equipped. Seating in the lounge area could have been more comfortable. All accommodation was on the ground floor apart from the bedroom accessed by narrow stairs, not entirely ideal. July 2012.
  2. This wouldn’t suit everyone, seriously quiet rural location, but it was perfect for what we wanted, very handy for Gloucester, Tewkesbury & Cheltenham and our hosts were kind without being intrusive! (We loved the cats). May 2012.
  3. Really lovely cottage, very clean, very cosy and in a beautiful location! April 2012.
  4. Wonderful cottage a little home away from home. Felt so comfy and was a delight as soon as we entered. Everything you would need for a good comfy get away, little touches ie. wood for fire, tray with cups etc ready for first cup of tea. Location was just right for touring and so peaceful. Would love to return in the future. March 2012.
  5. Comfortable cottage on farm setting. Quiet and relaxed break. Very enjoyable. March 2012.
  6. A peaceful country cottage, tastefully furnished with a lovely open fire. Jan 2012.
  7. Brilliant small cottage. Left completely alone to relax and do our own thing, which was exactly what my wife and I needed. Brilliant views and public footpaths. Few cob webs in the corners. Apart from that would recommend any one to stay here. Dec 2011.
  8. The cottage was very comfortable with everything we needed, the location was lovely but it would have been handy to have had a shop near by. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was very clean with nice bedding, towels & crockery. Oct 2011.
  9. This was a comfortable cottage in a fairly isolated location, but on the borders of three counties, so with a car not too difficult to visit Cotswolds, Forest of Dean and The Malverns. Very friendly owners living on the farm. Well equipped cottage in a delightful setting. Sept 2011.
  10. Nice cottage on fairly quiet working farm. Good location for Costswolds, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Worcester, Hereford, Ledbury etc. July 2011.
  11. The cottage and garden were lovely and the owners very nice people. It was fairly close to many attractions and we would recomend the Mechanical Music Museum at Northleach, the Severn Valley Railway at Kiderminster and a little further afield the Black Country Living Museum just west of Birmingham. A nice quiet holiday. June 2011.
  12. The owner was very helpful, there were maps with all the local walks and brochures on local activities, milk in the fridge and tea bags which is always great, the log fire was the tip of the iceberg, really a great relaxing break. Oct 2010.
  13. Ideally situated for local National Trust and English Heritage sites. July 2010.
  14. Lovely conversion with character. All cleaning equipment provided and toilet rolls, good variety of kitchen utensils, also extra touches - milk and biscuits for my arrival. July 2010.
  15. Well designed and very comfortable, with every requirement catered for. Central heating effective and log fire an added bonus. April 2010.
  16. This cottage had everything you could need plus a few personal touches. Sept 2009.
  17. Compact but with all that you needed if you were cooking for yourselves. Aug 2009.
  18. We couldn’t have wished for a more perfect break; it was absolutely delightful in every way. March 2009.
  19. Well worth the money, beautiful cottage, very comfortable, lacked for nothing. Even bath robes provided! March 2009.
  20. We had a lovely long weekend in a splendid cottage. We followed the Romantic Route, which is an excellent 2-day drive around the Cotswolds, taking in some great scenery and lots of lovely villages. Good to get back in the evening, build a fire, and start cooking dinner! Jan 2009.
