1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

You can also enjoy the on site facilties, including spa, gym and beauty therapist. On 3 levels, this holiday property has wooden floors, an excellent kitchen and bathrooms. An ideal location for country walks, cycling, fishing, sailing, and windsurfing on nearby Roadford Reservoir, easily accessible to the A30 (5 miles), and with many NT properties nearby. Shop and pub with food 3 miles.

Ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Wooden floors throughout.

Woodburner in living room (initial fuel included). Oil central heating and electricity £25per week. Bed linen included. Travel cot. High chair. Video. DVD. Electric oven. Microwave. Shared laundry facilities. Dishwasher. Enclosed lawned garden and furniture. Built-in gas barbecue. Parking (2 cars).

  7. The owners were welcoming and friendly and it was fantastic to be able to observe a proper working farm set in beautiful countryside. A plus for me was that we were able to book beauty treatments as there is a beauty room set in the farm itself. I would check with the owners first that they would wish this to mentioned. June 2009.
  8. The children really enjoyed the stay and the owners allowed them to feed the baby sheep, watch the cows being milked and had a tractor ride. There is also an excellent on site beauty service. May 2007.
