This is a spacious holiday home down a quiet country lane, with several long sandy beaches within easy reach.

The house is practical and bright, with an open plan living area and large conservatory. Fouesnant is a thriving village, sandwiched between the equally popular resorts of Concarneau, with its fortified old quarter, and Bénodet with the River Odet, both places offer the possibility of boat trips, in particular to the lovely Glénan Isles.

Facilities available include 2 excellent golf courses, riding and many wind and watersports nearby. Can be booked with property W14087 although the two properties are private and independent.

Shop, café/bar and restaurant 3km, beach 1km.

Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, conservatory, separate toilet. First floor: Bathroom with toilet and basin, 3 bedrooms: 2 double 1 plus single bed, 1 single.

Electric heating, €30 supplement when required, open fire in lounge, all other fuel and power included in rent, cot, highchair, colour satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, ample off road parking. One pet welcome.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
