Selected comment(s) from customers who have enjoyed staying at this property:
  1. Very spacious and well equipped, lovely location. June 2012.
  2. Excellent location for visiting local attractions e.g. Warwick, Worcester, Cotswolds, Stratford,Pershore and Evesham,Hidcote Manor,Snowshill and other National Trust properties.Great variety of local pubs and restaurants within a short drive.Property is very well presented and comfortable, and the owners proved to be lovely couple, very help full and friendly. Good local amenities in either Per shore or Evesham. June 2012.
  3. We arrived there on the sunniest week in March, which of course made everything around the Mill look fantastic. It was wonderful to stay in a historic building with all its quirks. Plentiful hot water, crockery and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Internet connection worked fine as long as the main TV was not on (bit weird and took us a few days to realise) Visit Fladbury Pies shop for excellent meat pies! Overall a wonderful stay in a charming, relaxing house. March 2012.
  4. Lovely property set in an idyllic location, very quiet village setting, but you do need a car to access shops and places to see. Sept 2011.
  5. A beautifully kept traditional property with all the modern essentials you need for a holiday. The owners clearly value their visitors and allowed free access to garden areas and shared plenty of local knowledge. A week of tranquility! Aug 2011.
  6. We were made to feel very welcome in Fladbury Mill and struggle to see how anyone could fail to see its obvious charms and enjoy its unique character. Although the deep water meant that we had to keep a careful eye on our young son the large, well kept grounds meant that there was plenty of space for him to enjoy freely. This is a lovely, quiet and relaxing place to unwind. May 2011.
  7. A delightful house in a delightful setting. A mill house on the riverside, furnished exquisitely and very well appointed, with well kept gardens and riverside walks. Our hosts, residing in an annexe to the main property, were also lovely people. May 2011.
  8. What a wonderful and perfect house! May 2011.
  9. Comfortable, warm (we were there in snowy december), very well equipped, very suitable for children in terms of space, facilities. June was most hospitable and helpful, also a very warm & friendly person, we loved her dog, Misty as well! Dec 2010.
  10. Warm and cosy even in the minus 17 temperatures! A perfect Christmas cottage, especially as we were knee deep in snow for the whole week! Excellent location, choice of very good pubs and butcher within walking distance. We needed for nothing during our stay. Dec 2010.
  11. A fabulous location and setting. Bigger and better than expected. Oct 2010.
  12. Very helpful owners, stunning views. Slightly wonky floors upstairs but so full of character. Oct 2010.
  13. The setting!! The view is extraordinary. And this was not a cottage but a full house, with tons of room, lots of bathrooms (sinks in each bedroom-brilliant!!). We’ve never stayed any place that could compete with the view of the Cropthorne Mill directly across the River Avon from this "cottage". The grounds of the "cottage" were also really special. The proprietors have gone to a great deal of trouble to make every corner of the property relaxing, inviting and interesting. We know if we get too effusive our credibility will be suspect, but there aren’t enough superlatives to do justice to Fladbury Mill. Aug 2010.
  14. Spacious and quirky with beautiful and in character furniture and furnishings. July 2010.
  15. A very interesting and roomy old Mill House with modern kitchen and facilities. Beautiful setting. Very warm and welcoming owners. Lovely walks and places of interest nearby. July 2010.
  16. It was beautiful and clean, lovely hosts, gorgeous setting, all amenities as described. Our hosts even lent us a bird and wild flower book when we were there. Can’t praise it enough. June 2010.
  17. Full of character as it is so old. Working water mill very interesting. Beautiful setting. Very comfortable. Owners very friendly, welcoming and helpful. April 2010.
  18. Wonderful setting. March 2010.
  19. The property had previously been lived in by the owners so it had that ’real home’ factor. The building was fascinating (historically and for generating its own electricity). The kitchen/breakfast room and utility room were equipped to a very high standard and we did not need coins to operate anything ! Dec 2009.
  20. The house is in an unbelievable position on the River Avon with the village of Fladbury a walk away with an excellent pub. The house is very old, but warm and cosy with a lovely modern kitchen. All the rooms on the ground level are excellent, but the bedrooms could do with modernising especially the furniture aspect and the bathrooms would definitely benefit from some modernisation. Dec 2009.
