This detached holiday bungalow is situated in a quiet road at the edge of Freshwater village. Freshwater has a variety of shops, supermarkets and sports centre with indoor swimming pool. This beautiful part of the island has miles of heritage coastline, scenic walks, cycle tracks, Tennyson Down and Headon Warren as well as breathtaking views. Attractions include Needles Rock Formation, Crompton, Alum, Totland and Colwell Bays with their beaches, Calbourne Water Mill and the harbour at Yarmouth. Shop and restaurant 710 yards, pub 550 yards.

All on ground floor: Living room. Kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Three freeview TVs. DVDs. CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washer/dryer. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Enclosed garden with furniture. Parking (2 cars). No smoking. NB: 2 steps in garden.

  5. The property was situated in a quiet road not far from the centre of Freshwater. Shops and eating places including Pubs were easily within walking distance. The only disadvantage was the distance from Newport, Sandown and Ryde, i.e. the West of the Island. However if used as a base for walking it was ideally placed. Sept 2011.
  6. Quiet location, milk and chocolate left for when we arrived. Nice welcome touch. Quite well placed for reaching all areas of island.Clean and comfortable. Sept 2011.
  7. Cleanest property that I’ve rented in the past 28 years. However, the lounge furniture was really quite uncomfortable. It wasn’t used much by my family but if the weather had been poor or a less mobile family were to stay at the house, there may be greater disappointment. July 2011.
  8. Very quiet and close to the coast, the shower is from a mixer tap and takes some getting used to. Other than that it was very good. May 2011.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
