1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet. First floor: Double bedroom leading to twin bedroom with sloping ceiling. Second double bedroom. Bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet.

  1. We had a family week there and it was ideal for children as it was safe to let them out in the garden without worrying about them escaping! Plenty of toys for the children to play with inside and out. The off shot bedroom for the children was ideal and our Grandaughter loved it. The lounge was big and comfortable with plenty of space for children to move around. A real gem of a place. Oct 2012.
  2. This is a fantastic holiday cottage. It is comfortable and clean and the kitchen is the best I have ever had in a holiday let, with lots of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils etc. The views and location are simply beautiful. If you go in lambing season, you will have new born lambs just outside. 3 suggested improvements: 1. The visitor information leaflets and book is out of date 2. There is no wi-fi. We all struggled without it, especially as the visitor information was out of date 3. There is no shade or shelter in the garden. We needed some shade, so a new tree or sunshade would be good. Also, though the garden furniture was good, it would be nice to have a couple of all weather loungers. May 2012.

  4. We enjoyed our stay very much indeed. It was roomy and the back garden was excellent for the children. On the down side the shower facilities were antiquated and poor. The beds were very hard indeed. There were no drawers in the bedrooms to put any of our clothing. June 2011.

  7. We booked this to accommodate family visiting for our wedding. The living area was large enough to host 20 guests for supper and drinks the night before. The location was great, Weston is one of the ’forgotten’ Cotswold villages, but is charming and pleasingly quiet. The village pub is a real gem. Oct 2010.
  8. Very spacious lounge / diner and also kitchen. Beautiful views and very quiet location close to Chipping Campden and Broadway. Very clean and tidy cottage. Would be delighted to stay there again. Sept 2010.

  12. 8 friends together for new year the cottage was perfect for being together playing games around the fire, watching movies and we brought our own DJ for a disco on NYE. There was plenty of space to dance the night away!! Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and a great supply of fire wood. The area is beautiful, we did 2 long walks from a book I had but the cottage has a folder with walks to do and villages to visit. Perfect for what we wanted it for basic, clean and warm!! Dec 2009.

  14. The house is set in a quiet rural location with a big garden. It is very spacious and has lots of character. Field House is well equipped. The village is a good base for further exploration of the Cotswolds. We loved it! Sept 2009.
  15. The available space downstairs was excellent for 2 children to play in. It was useful having a kitchen table and a dining table, again allowing meals to be prepared in one area and eating in another room where it was spacious and tidy. Aug 2009.

  18. This was an excellent property for our group. We were not put off by the fact that you do have to go through one bedroom to go to another. All in all we really liked the property and will be going back. Feb 2009.
