Located on the edge of the lively village of Eyragues, these detached single storey holiday villas (refs W14877 and W14878) have parking behind electric gates and enjoy a shared, fenced swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 0.3m to 1.6m, with children’s pool). They are ideally situated in the famous ‘Golden Triangle’ area of Provence. Good quality facilities in both properties create a cosy enivronment to come back to after a long day visiting Camargue and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.

Within easy walking distance of the main shops, restaurants and bars in Eyragues, Avignon (7km) is very close by. Also not to be missed is the bustling Wednesday morning market in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. For sports lovers there are two 18-hole golf courses at Mouries and Les Baux-de-Provence, horse riding and tennis courts available within easy reach of Eyragues, or guided walks can be taken through the Alpilles limestone mountains.

Travel up to Les Baux-des-Provence and Maussane-des-Alpilles, famous for producing excellent olive oil, by panoramic road and on the way back explore the beautiful architecture of the old city of Arles.

Electric central heating, air conditioning, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, €50 supplement October to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, highchair on request, colour satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, ample off road parking. Sorry, no pets.

  1. This property is new and in excellent condition. The Ewert’s are friendly and helpful. It is in a secluded part of a pleasant small village and near lovely countryside and interestin towns. Sept 2012.
  2. A wonderful 2 weeks in the beautiful house and such a warm welcome from Elise and Gerard the owners. The garden and pool are a delight and everything is to the highest standard. The weekend we arrived it was festival time in Eyragues which included a procession of horses and chariots through the streets and Abrivado - bull running through the main street. The whole village turned out and the atmosphere was amazing. We loved the Luberon villages - Menerbles,Gordes (market day Tuesday), Roussillon, Bonnieux and Lourmarin. Also visited St Maries sur ler mer, Aigues Mortes and the Carmague museum (well worth a visit). The people watching at the enormous Sunday market at L’isle sur la Sorgue was amazing. We had a brilliant time and would highly recommend this property. June 2012.
  3. Lovely clean, well-equipped property a short walk to the great village (although uphill on the way back!). A very caring and friendly owner who does everything to make guests welcome and comfortable. June 2012.
  4. The cottage is newly built and has all that is needed in equipment for a good holiday break. The pool is perfectly adequate and attractive. The hosts are friendly and obliging and even went (unbidden) to find a pharmacist open on a Sunday morning to purchase some medical requirements for us. June 2012.
  5. Fantastic, brand new property with everything that one needs to enjoy ones stay. Elise, the lady owner, could not have been more friendly as she was trying to improve her English as we were our French. Eyragues is one of the most pleasant villages we have experienced in France and St Remy de Provence, the nearest Town is again the most beautiful we have seen. Certainly compared with other towns in the immediate vicinity, these two were by far the best, so top marks for location. If one prefers smaller prettier villages, then Gordes is a must as are most of the Villages around the Alpilles and Luberon ranges of Hills. I would most definitely recommend the accommodation and location to anyone and will almost certainly book this House again at some later date. May 2012.

  7. The cottage was an excellent choice. The welcome from our hosts, Elise and Gerard could not have been warmer. They showed us around the property and also told us about the local area’s highlights and places to visit. The property was very well equipped and very comfortable. The centre of Eyragues was a just short walk away with pretty much everything we required to stock the fridge and freezer. The surrounding area offered many day trips such as Avignon, St. Remy and Arles to name just a few. All in all, a highly recommeneded property. April 2012.
