Quietly situated only 300 yards from the shore of Lake Ullswater, this charming, well presented and spacious detached holiday bungalow is a well equipped home from home. It stands in its own garden with delightful views of the surrounding fields and fells. The centre of the popular lakeside village of Pooley Bridge is a stone’s throw away and there is a variety of walks from the doorstep to suit all abilities. Whether it is a challenging high fell walk or a relaxing lakeside stroll you will be rewarded with magnificent views and scenery. Watersports, lake cruises, golf and pony treking are available nearby. Shops and pubs 220 yards.

All on ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen. 2 double bedrooms, one with additional single. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

  5. Eusebank was home from home it was a privilege to stay there. The owner made us feel very welcome so did the neighbours. The views from the front windows are very relaxing and the sunsets amazing. It is situated within easy walking distance of the village of Pooley Bridge (one of the best in the Lake District) and Ullswater Lake. June 2010.
  6. The accommodation was very clean and there was sufficient room for a family. The kitchen was very clean and modern. The living room was cosy but a little dated but the accommodation met our needs. There was everything you needed space outside to sit and central to the various lakes. May 2010.
  7. A comfortable home from home in a quiet location within wasy walking distance of the village centre. The house has ample off-road parking and is within easy driving distance of Penrith and a major supermarkets. An ideal holiday home, so much so that we are going back next year. Sept 2009.

  11. The property is located in a tiny charming village with some pubs. There are lots of opportunities to go walking and trekking around the village, around the lake or further. The property offer some nice little extra things but you need to consult the house book to discover them. April 2009.
