This charming and traditional granite house, set in enclosed mature gardens, has been professionally interior designed to a very high standard. The holiday property, set down a quiet lane in the lovely Highland village of Newtonmore (familiar as Monarch of the Glen country), just 14 miles from Aviemore and ideal for exploring Strathspey, Badenoch and the Cairngorm National Park. Newtonmore’s ‘Wildcat Trail’ is a 10km orbital walk taking in the River Spey, the Calder and the Monadhliath mountains. Enjoy golf, birdwatching or cycling. Shop ¼ mile, pub ½ mile.

First floor: Two double bedrooms with 5ft bed, TV; one with half-tester bed, en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath and toilet. Twin bedroom. Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower cubicle and toilet. Separate toilet.

  19. The overall service of Caretaker was superb and friendly. The property was absolutely fantastic for size, location, furnishings, including superb soft furnishings and had everything that is needed for a welcome break, including board games etc .It was clean, neat and tidy and well laid out and I would have no hesitation in booking this property again or recommending it to others.
