The holiday property is situated in a quiet, elevated position, with panoramic views of Cardigan Bay and Lleyn Peninsula. 2 miles from Abersoch and a short drive to many lovely beaches. Shop 1 mile, pub 2 miles.

Ground floor: Living/dining room. Kitchen. First floor: 2 double bedrooms, one (4ft) with additional single. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Central heating, electricity and bed linen included. Cot. High chair. Satellite TV. Video. DVD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine in external utility room. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Enclosed sitting-out area and furniture. Shared lawned garden. Ample parking (cars and boats). No smoking.

  3. This was our 2nd time back which speaks volumes in itself. Our boys enjoyed it a few years ago so we came back, and, as they’re a bit older we were able to do even more with them. The property is very clean and tidy and there is everything you could want facilities wise. It is about a 5 minute drive if that from Abersoch town centre and beach which is very convenient. We prefer to be just outside and travel in though we met friends who prefer staying right in Abersoch but the peace, tranquility and quiet suits us down to the ground. I’d be hard pushed to find a fault with Engan Gam but I’d recommend this to friends and anyone without reservation. No doubt in a year or so we’ll come back again. Aug 2011.

  10. This is an absolutely magnificent property offering peace and quiet yet only 2 miles from the beach in Abersoch. Spacious, well furnished to a high standard and absolutely spotless. This was a perfect family holiday for us in many ways. Outdoors, there was a swing for the children, a safe and secure area where both boys could ride their scooters about outside, a wendy house for more play, child gates at the bottom and top of the stairs for our 20 month old, very adequate sized kitchen with every possible utensil you could wish for, huge dining room come living room where we could all sit around for a bite to eat and watch tv / dvd’s and listen to the radio. The bedrooms were large too giving us more than enough storage space - nicely decorated and absolutely spotless. Bathroom was ample too. I couldn’t really pick fault with any aspect of the property. The owners were very polite and their dog Shanny is very child friendly though possesses a good bark. Aug 2009.

  12. The location of the cottage was ideal. Although in the countryside it was only 1 mile to the general store, post office & newsagent. An excellent pub restaurant just over 2 miles away. Lovely views from the cottage across the fields to Hells Mouth Bay. July 2009.
