The properties are only 500 yards from the main coast road. Horse riding nearby. Ideal for golf. Shops, pubs and the sheltered sandy beach of Criccieth is only 11/2 miles away.

Customer Comments

Selected comment(s) from customers who have enjoyed staying at this property:
  1. A bigger sign at the entrance to the property, at the end of the driveway, its hard to see from the road, otherwise an excellent holiday! June 2012.
  2. Lovely location with all mod cons we needed. Lovely and clean cottage. Owner very helpful and friendly. Loads do do in North Wales so we’ll be back next year. Oct 2011.
  3. Very comfortable cottage with friendly, helpful owners. Lovely outlook over the fields to the sea. Short drive or walk to the village for food or sit in the evening sunshine. Plenty to do in area with Snowdon, beach and castles to explore. July 2011.
  4. Wonderful accommodation, kitchen is well stocked for utensils, lovely setting, nice to have a garden where you can leave the children to play safely. June 2011.
  5. Good situation. Quiet and peaceful. Easy access. Pleasant, helpful owners. Comfortable. July 2010.
  6. Excellent location, very freindly owners and having two bathrooms is a bonus. July 2010.
  7. It was in a rural setting, well placed for beaches, Criccieth and Portmadog and the property itself was superb in every way. April 2010.
  8. Comfortable, well-equipped, friendly and helpful hosts, good location. Aug 2009.
  9. The accommodation site is fantastic - very secluded and with access to the sea. The accommodation itself is excellent for 4-5 people with very good accessories and plenty of space. Good size living area and kitchen and excellent sized and equipped bedrooms. Bathrooms have no windows and so get very steamed up and thus affect the bedrooms quite significantly.Very safe for children. Aug 2009.
  10. The charming stone cottage is situated in the most stunning scenery - undulating fields with trees edging the river a hundred meters or so away along with a view of the sea from the front door. Cows and sheep graze in the field and the lawn/field boundary has a wire fence edged with low flowering shrubs which together do not in any way spoil the lovely views. There is plenty of space for children to play freely and in complete safety as the maid road is a long way down the farm’s entrance drive. This is one of the reasons we have repeat-booked. The farm is part of the Criccieth Coastal Path - a truly wonderful safe, easy walk for a family through farmland to the coast, along the estuary and into Criccieth. The site has an air of total peace and relaxation which envelops you as soon as you arrive. The cottage is comfortable and cosy enough to hide away if there is bad weather. We love it here. July 2009.
  11. Spacious, accommodating, peaceful. July 2009.
  12. The owner greeted us with a bottle of wine and box of chocolates, very nice people. Could not fault the accommodation at all. Dec 2008.
  13. Great location and very comfortable accommodation. Oct 2007.
  14. The accommodation was first class; well appointed and very comfortable and ideally located for exploring North Wales. Oct 2007.
  15. A delightful setting and the proprietors could not have been more accommodating. Sept 2007.
  16. The property was beyond expectations. Wonderful. In all the years that we have holidayed with your company, we have never been in a property that has been so well equipped. Our gratitude goes directly to the owner for her wonderful warm welcome and the effort that she puts into her properties to ensure that her guests have the best holiday they can. July 2007.
  17. This cottage was particularly wonderful because it does not allow pets, which made it a healthy environment for my allergic husband. Sept 2006.
  18. A superb farm location with wonderful views of the sea, woods and farm land. Good position midway between Pwhelli and Portmadog. Aug 2006.
