  1. A very cosy and welcoming cottage, ideal for us and our two dogs who loved the walks over farmland straight from our door. It was also very convenient to have an enclosed space for the dogs and a utility area where they could sleep. The cottage was very well equipped and the beds, comfortable and the owners very welcoming and helpful. Dec 2012.
  2. Brilliant property, the owners are excellent hosts with nothing too much trouble for them. We will be using this cottage again next year. Sept 2012.
  3. Such a comfortable well-equipped cottage in a beautiful setting, peaceful and quiet, loads of wildlife and lovely garden. Owners so friendly and helpful. Perfect for getting easily to both Edinburgh (the Fringe) and Glasgow (Kelvingrove Museum). Great pub (The Mill) down the road and loved the deli and Indian restaurant in Biggar. 5. Fantastic cottage and location, we were made to feel extremely welcome. The cottage owners were on their holiday at the time, however Mrs Scott left us in the very capable hands of Ann and Adrian, who were very friendly and would have helped us out if needed. A beautiful setting for a beautiful cottage, a great base for touring around. Aug 2011.

It was spotlessly clean (I am very particular about cleanliness!) and it was very pleasing to find such a high standard. Owners were very charming and we received a warm welcome and they were generous and helpful throughout our stay. It was a difficult cottage to leave! We loved it! Our thanks, please to the owners.
