It is located just 17km away from the department capital of Le Mans, famous for hosting the world-famous 24-hour car race, and where guests can enjoy seeing many sites and taking part in many activities.

In the city, visit the ’old town’, with ancient Roman walls and historic architecture, including the Cathédrale St. Julien, and many interesting museums and galleries.

Go fishing in the river, 200m away. Shop and restaurant 8km.

Lounge/diner, kitchen, 2 shower rooms with basin (no toilet), separate toilet, 2 twin bedrooms.

Electric central heating, open fire in lounge, cot, highchair, stereo/CD player, internet connection, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, shared grounds, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 3 cars. One pet welcome. No smoking please. NB: Step to entrance. Turning stairs to first floor. Sloping ceilings in upstairs rooms.
