Customer Comments

Selected comment(s) from customers who have enjoyed staying at this property:
  1. Had a great time in Port Isaac, excellent location. Great village. Food in the edge restaurant is beautiful, worth a visit. Can’t wait for next year. Oct 2012.
  2. Super lodge which was comfortable, very well equipped and an unbeatable view! Lovely owners too who were there if needed but kept themselves to themselves. Wonderful location for the beautiful Port Isaac and surrounding areas. North Cornwall has plenty to see and do and can’t possibly fit it all in with a week holiday so a good excuse to return and would definitely recommend Trewetha Farm for somewhere to stay. All in all had a wonderful holiday and very sad to return home! July 2012.
  3. The location was breathtaking. We did have one problem with the boiler which was sorted out immediately. It would definitely recommend this place and go back again. March 2012.
  4. Dolphin lodge is 1 of 6 cottages on the same site which is just outside Port Issac and a good base from which to tour Cornwall. the accommodation is spacious and well fitted. This is delightful, quiet spot where you can relax and chill out. March 2012.
  5. The lodge was perfect. It had the ’lived in’ feel about it which made us feel immediately relaxed. Everything was spotless. The bed was comfortable. As a person who has a disability it was very easy to access. Plenty of space especially in the bathroom. What really made the holiday was the view out of the window. Perfect. Will definitely go again. Jan 2012.
  6. The best holiday that we could have asked for. Nov 2011.
  7. The property was light and spacious with a wonderful view towards the sea. It was perfect for coastal walking as 2 paths lead down from the farm to the coast (very muddy and slippery downhill in November). Oct 2011.
  8. This is a well equipped little chalet with unbeatable views of the sea. The freeview was a godsend although no mention in the details of the DVD player otherwise we could have bought a couple for the evenings in. There is a lovely farm shop nearby with a fantastic outdoor play area for children with sandpit, animals, ride-ons and zip-wire with a lovely tea room. Daymer Beach was an amazing stretch of sand and we did Tintagel, Bodmin Castle and Eden. The pub at St Kews is a must with a lovely garden for the children to run in and beautiful freshly made food. We were a little disappointed with Port Issac as the sea and bay weren’t really suitable for playing in due to lots of boat traffic / trailers coming and going, but a quaint little town. I would definately return if only for the views which were sublime but I think we would have been a bit stuck for things to do if the weather hadn’t been so great. The camel trail was a great afternoon out if you like cycling. July 2011.
  9. Fantastic location and great views. Dolphin Lodge was very comfortable and cosy. Would (and have already)recommend! April 2011.
  10. Not good if you have a large old dog - not many places for walks that don’t have difficult gates to navigate. Great if you have young fit dog. April 2011.
  11. The property was more than we expected and to view from the patio was worth the cost. Feb 2010.
  12. Excellent views to sea, comfortable settees, good shower. Oct 2010.
  13. The lovely seaviews, it was lovely and warm and very comfortable to stay in. Sep 2010.
  14. Wonderful setting. Lovely and peaceful. Had everything we needed. Aug 2010.
  15. Quiet, easy access, great views, short distance to Port Isaac, location easy distance to other areas. June 2010.
  16. We liked the sea views and it was light and airy. May 2010.
  17. Stunning views, good access to Port Isaac and local area. April 2010.
  18. Views, quiet location, and the ability to take two dogs on holiday. Feb 2010.
  19. Lovely views, nice size for 4 people, good facilities in cottage. Oct 2009.
  20. Great area outside the cottage for children to run around, it is safe. Also great for dogs you can walk them. Beautiful views of the sea. Sept 2009.
