Property Description

Dolanna is a quaint holiday cottage nestled in the quiet village of Bwlch-y-Fadfa and although recently renovated by the owners, still retains the original features of the cottage. The property is well equipped to cater for families and couples and boasts comfort for the perfect countryside getaway. It’s cosy lounge with wood burning  stove is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the sights, and the beautiful welcoming bedrooms will ensure a good night’s sleep. Set in a rural, idyllic setting amongst quiet country lanes and walkways, Dolanna is an ideal base for those who want to get away from it all and explore the stunning scenery of the unspoilt Ceredigion countryside, as well as the award winning beaches. The property has a good sized, enclosed, raised cottage garden with various grassed areas, shrubs, flowers and trees, which is very private and is a lovely suntrap, ideal for outdoor wining and dining. Dolanna is a stone’s throw away from the owners second holiday property - Brynmeillion (CC621009), so should you need additional accommodation, both properties could be booked to cater for the larger, extended family.

Ground Floor: Property is all on one level, has oil central heating and comprises:
Lounge: With TV, radio and wood burning stove
Kitchen/Dining: With gas oven and hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dining furniture for four.
Bedroom 1: With double bed
Bedroom 2: With two zip n link single beds which can link together to create one super king size bed on request
Bathroom: With double shower cubicle, bath, WC and wash basin
Conservatory: With doors leading out to the rear garden.

All fuel, power and bed linen included. First supply of logs for wood burning stove provided.

Rear, enclosed garden (four stone steps up to raised area) with furniture (there is a small pond - children beware). Parking for two cars. Hot tub.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
