In a riverside setting on the outskirts of the historic port of Dinan, this renovated terraced holiday home retains original beams and stonework, while being complemented by bright contemporary decor and modern practicality. A short walk takes you to the cobbled streets and half timbered houses of Dinan Port with its shops and restaurants. The Emerald Coast with imposing cliffs, views, white sands and turquoise waters is a great place for a day on the beach or trying various water activities on offer. Shops, café/bar and restaurant 0.6km, beach 25km.

Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, separate toilet. First floor: Bathroom with basin (no toilet), separate toilet, 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 2 twin. Second floor: 1 kingsize bedroom and en-suite shower room with basin (no toilet).

Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, €35 supplement October to April, cot, highchair, colour TV (French channels only), DVD player, CD player, internet connection, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, shared lawned garden, patio, terrace, garden furniture, off road parking for 2 cars. One pet welcome. NB: There are open-tread spiral stairs.

  1. Nice property in a very beautiful setting. The property was a little dark inside and the furnishings a little dated, but everything was catered for. We visited this properyt some 20 years ago (when owned by someone else). Would love to return. Aug 2012.
  2. The cottage is in a perfect location for enjoying Dinan and the surrounding area. The owner made us feel very welcome when he greeted us on arrival. Just opposite ther is a very friendly cafe bar that serves a very nice moules & frites. It is just a 10 minute walk to the bottom of the hill that leads up to the old walled town of Dinan with it’s wide choice of boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars. July 2012.
  3. The stay at Beaudouin overall was excellent the accommodation is good, comfortable with all the facilities needed. The town of Dinan is beautiful and very interesting with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The host with his staff Chloe and Damien were very helpful and friendly, we would definitely go again.   4. The gite was in an idyllic setting in the old port of Dinan. Bars and fresh bakery were within a short walk - the brasserie belonging to Monsiuer Hery (the gite owner) was literally 50 yards from the gite but not intrusive in any way. The owners were delightful, most welcoming and helpful. July 2011.
  5. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very helpful (he has the creperie alongside) and nothing was too much trouble - even down to supplying barbecue coals with the barbecue. The bedrooms were really comfortable and the view of the river outside always interesting. Plenty of restaurants along the river and lots to see in Dinan upper town. July 2011.

  7. Wonderful location even with the unexpected snow. Bedrooms large enough, warm, and beds very comfortable. Large living room with comfortable furniture (pity that we were unable to use open fire), kitchen more than adequate with good facilities and information on how to use the appliances.   8. It was within walking distance to the port for shops etc yet still had the feel of being in the country. It was an ideal place to go to for a relaxing holiday. July 2010.
  9. The owner was more than helpful on arrival and is on hand every day if needed as he runs the Brasserie in front of the properties. The accommodation was well maintained and spacious and more than adequate for our needs. July 2010.

  13. The owner of the property runs the brasserie next door and is therefore always on hand if you have a problem. It is also very convenient if you need a meal or drink at any time!. The property was full of character. We particularly liked the location next to the river. The owner was very helpful when we had a few problems. The property was nicely furnished with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Aug 2009.
