With easy access to the A12, Aldeburgh and Southwold with their summer theatres are within 20 minutes’ drive, and the cottage makes a fine holiday base for touring this beautiful part of East Anglia and the Heritage Coast. Also within 20 minutes’ drive, there is bird-watching at Minsmere, walking at Dunwich, a sandy beach at Walberswick, music at Snape, and golf, fishing, riding and sailing locally. Yoxford itself offers shops, two fine restaurants and two pubs serving good food.

The owners were very attentive and really wanted to make sure we had a good time - including finding toys for our children to play with. A great location to explore Suffolk from. We had a wonderful time at Southwold, Walberswick Beach and Framlingham Castle as well as a great lunch at the Satis Hotel which is within easy walking distance. April 2011.

  8. The owners were very pleasant and most helpful. The cottage is spacious and very well equipped. If anything the brochure understated the quality of the hospitality available there. We tend to avoid returning to past venues in order to experience as much variety as possible in our holidays, but this is one of the few destinations we would definitely consider re-visiting.   9. Very good location - good road links and only a 15 minute gentle walk to the local station which meant a relaxing day looking around Ipswich without the fuss of park and ride and a delightful journey through the Suffolk countryside! July 2008.

If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
