Property Description

Enjoying a peaceful woodland setting, in a hamlet adjacent to the River Lundy and Leanachan Forest. This charming holiday cottage has been tastefully renovated to a very good standard. Ideally situated for exploring the Highlands. A great location for all outdoor activities. Nevis Range and World Championship biking course close by. The steam train to Mallaig, and the Caledonian Canal are within easy reach. Fort William 4 miles. Shops 4 miles.

Ground floor: Living room with wooden floor. Dining room/kitchen. Sun room. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Open fire in living room (initial fuel included). Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. DVD and small library. Stereo/CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washer/dryer. Payphone. Small garden with sitting-out area and furniture. Shared woodland. Barbecue. Parking. No smoking.

  16. The cottage is obviously well cared for and loved and you can tell this as soon as you walk in to the property. It is well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. The conservatory/porch at the front is lovely to watch the birds and feel the sunshine and the front room is comfortable and warm. June 2009.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
