Property Description

This pair of pretty stone cottages, thought to date back to the 1800s are set near the tip of the Lleyn Peninsula. The drive to the holiday cottages is delightful, miles of sea and fantastic countryside. Set about a mile away from the beaches and coves, one of the most popular bathing spots of the Lleyn Peninsula. ’Whistling sands’ is little more than a mile and equal distance is the popular resort of Aberdaron with its shops and eating houses. Cyll y Felin Fawr 1 boasts a welcoming coal fire and Cyll Y Felin Fawr 2 is ideal for children, the low attic bedroom being a great hideaway. All other resorts of the Lleyn Peninsula are within easy driving distance such as Abersoch and Pwllheli as is the Snowdonia Mountain Range. Shop and pub 1½ miles.

Ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with beams. 1 double bedroom with beams. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin with sloping ceiling, both with beams.

Open fire in living room (initial fuel included). Dishwasher.

Both properties: Oil central heating included (£20per week September-May). electricity, bed linen and towels included. Cot. High chair. DVD. CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Garden.
NB: Unfenced stream in garden.
