1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

This pretty, thatched holiday cottage with far reaching views is located just 400 yards from the heart of beautiful Broadway. One of a pair, built in the 15th century, this half-timbered property has undergone total renovation to provide a modern, up-to-date interior and has a peaceful cottage garden in which to relax after a busy day’s sightseeing. The village of Broadway is often called the ‘showpiece’ of the Cotswolds and there are many visitors who come to its broad, green-verged street to admire its attractive rows of old stone cottages with their bow windows and stone-tiled roofs. A fascinating area with many NT properties and internationally famous gardens, such as Hidcote Manor and Kiftsgate Court. Shops 400 yards, pubs ⅓0.3 mile.

  2. We really enjoyed our stay at Cruck Cottage. It is a lovely thatched cottage, with a pretty enclosed garden (ideal when you have a dog), that catches the evening sun. The cottage was well equipped, comfortable, spacious and the location is perfect. We also really enjoyed seeing the hunt hounds go past the cottage every morning. We will definitely go back. June 2012.
  3. This was our first time in England and for two American ladies it was thrilling! The cottage is charming, located in a perfect picture postcard village. The street it faces leads to many interesting places for walking each day. Every morning around 8:00am a pack of 30 fox hounds is exercised down the lane and is a sight not to be missed! We met one neighbour two doors down who was very kind and quite the character. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Only problem was no dryer or clothesline for clothes washed in machine (or if there was one we sure couldn’t find it). An excellent place for a true English Cotswold experience, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. May 2012.
  4. We love this cottage due to its comfy bed, modern fixtures and garden. It is ideally located for the village and eateries. This was our 3rd stay and we have booked again for 2013. April 2012.
  5. Lovely cottage, very well equipped, one of the nicest cottages we have stayed in, exceeded our expectations, great location, an easy short walk into beautiful Broadway. Lovely walks, which the dog enjoyed. The walk into Stanton and the beer and food at the Mount Inn is well worth the effort and dog friendly. All in all highly recommended, can’t wait to return. March 2012.
  6. This the third time we have been to this lovely cottage, it is a wonderful, cosy and relaxing cottage, within a beautiful part of the country. Would certainly recommend it as an ideal base to venture out into the cotswolds. Feb 2012.
  7. Fantastic cottage in the beautiful of villages, 5 minutes walk from the village. Local pubs and restaurants are excellent value. Local walks are on your door step making an ideal location for all interests. Jan 2012.
  8. A very pretty cottage down a quiet country road, about 10 minutes walk into Broadway (tip: take a torch as there are small sections of unlit pavement). Very well equipped and clean cottage. Owners kindly provided tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and milk and stock of wood for the log-burner (enough for our 3 night short break). Kitchen and bathroom were modern - would be good to have photos of these on the website. Had lots of lovely walks around Broadway and nice to have so many dog-friendly pubs/cafes in the area. Would love to go back! Jan 2012.

  12. Terrific location, only 10 minutes slow walk into Broadway (and a safe walk) with footpath. Quiet location with fields across from cottage, good parking behind property. Excellent dining and pub facilities in the village (the Swan, Broadway Hotel and Crown and Trumpet all close by). Beware the fire alarm just outside the kitchen, the faintest whiff of toast sets it off even with the kitchen door closed! April 2011.

  18. The cottage was extremely clean and tidy. Everything was thought of from towels to kitchen products to items needed for the wood burning stove. It was always warm in the cottage and although the cottage retained it’s authenticity everything was modernized from the kitchen to the bathroom to the tv. and dvd system in the living room. The cottage was also very close in walking distance to the village. I had a very enjoyable girls’ weekend and hope to visit again soon. Also the property owners were extremely thoughtful and kind to have had the heating and lights on when we first arrived. Nov 2010.
