1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

The town centre is a great shopping experience and attractions include the Sea Life Centre, art galleries, picturesque harbour with fishing and boat trips available and Peasholm Park Open-air Theatre with boating and activities for the children. A short drive away are the ancient sea port of Whitby, the cathedral city of York, the market towns of Pickering and Malton and the famous North Yorkshire Moors - Heartbeat country. Don’t miss a trip to the smugglers’ cove of Robin Hood’s Bay. Shops, pub and restaurants 150 yards.

Crown Villa is in an excellent location in the centre of Scarborough; 200 yards round the corner is the splendid cliff top path with views overlooking South Bay, a 10 minute walk and you are in the town centre. The house is comfortable, elegant and spacious; the owners have given it a stylish, personal touch thus making it a delightful base to return to after a day exploring the Yorkshire coast. Considering the house is so central it is in a quiet road with plenty of parking at the front and rear of the property. Must sees must include an Alan Aykbourne play at the Stephen Joseph Theatre and the cliff top walk to the delightful Italian gardens and the spectacular viewpoint just beyond. There is a super abundance of restaurants serving locally caught seafood in the town but our favourite was "Restaurant 55" 49-55 Eastborough in the town - the seafood chowder was rich and creamy and the mussels were succulent and enormous!Do try out the local fudge shops if you have a sweet tooth. Scarborough might have been the first British holiday resort but it is still retains its vibrancy and variety! A great English holiday destination. Sept 2011.
  4. Excellent accommodation for an extended family, - grandparents, children and grandchildren. Beautifully furnished and equipped, yet comfortable and homely. Location very good for accessing South Bay amenities on foot, and Cliff Lift close by. We will recommend this property to friends and hope to visit again next year. Sept 2011.
