1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Property Description

This converted barn is filled with charm and is situated in the hamlet of Crowsmeneggus, in a wooded valley near the village of Frogpool. An unmade road surrounded by typical quiet country lanes approaches Crougy, which boasts a profusion of hedgerow flowers and plants. Falmouth, 5 miles has sandy beaches, fishing, boat trips and an array of shops, restaurants and museums. The city of Truro is only 6 miles. St Ives, Eden and Newquay all within easy reach. Shop 1 mile, pub 15-minute stroll.

All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with beams. 1 double (6ft zip and link) bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Stereo/CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washer/dryer. Dishwasher. Patio area and furniture. Parking (1 car). No smoking.

  7. Excellent accommodation in a quiet location within easy reach of the West of Cornwall. The owner is welcoming and has done that bit extra to make her property special. The area is great for touring, both town,country and coast. Plenty to do and visit. The local pub provides a great welcome, decent food and beer just a fifteen minute walk away. This property has an excellent kitchen, if you want to self cater. Highly recommended. May 2011.

  19. The property itself and the location were both excellent. In particular, the bed was large and very comfortable. This has not always been the case with cottages we have rented as some owners seem to think a rock-hard mattress is good for paying customers. We have never returned to anywhere with a hard bed!   20. Very comfortable with all the ’mod cons’. We felt very much at home there. Great base to travel around Cornwall. All the equipment was of very high standard + little extras left for us by the owner like: fresh flowers, milk in the fridge, ground coffee, Cornish cookies etc were much appreciated. Having good weather this time of the year was a an unexpected bonus. We hope to re-visit in future and will definitely recommend the barn as well as the whole brochure to our friends and family.
