1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

This spacious, semi-detached holiday house with a lovely open-plan living area located on the first floor opening onto the balcony, is situated in the village of Tregarth, yet provides easy access to the mountain of northern Snowdonia. A short distance away at the foot of Snowdon, is the village of Llanberis, home to the Llanberis Lake Steam Railway, Welsh Slate Museum and Electric Mountain, where you can journey underground and marvel at the power station hidden deep in the mountain. Llanberis is also the starting point for the Snowdon Mountain Railway which takes on an unforgettable trip to the summit of Snowdon at 3,560ft. The property is also convenient for visiting the National Trust’s Neo-Norman Penrhyn Castle and St Deiniol Golf Club, 4 miles. Mighty Caernarfon Castle is a short distance away, as is the beautiful Isle of Anglesey, the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno, and Betws-y-Coed. Horse riding nearby. Pub ½ mile.

Ground floor: 3 bedrooms: 2 double, one (6ft) with French doors and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and toilet, one (5ft), 1 bunk with additional double bunk with single over. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Open tread stairs to first floor: Living/dining room with French doors/kitchen with tiled floor.

Woodburner in living room (initial fuel included). Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and high chair on request. Four Freeview TVs. DVD. Electric cooker (two ovens). Washer/dryer. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Large lawned garden with sitting-out area and furniture. Shared 2½-acre grounds with wooded area. Barbecue. Ample parking. Cycle store on request. No smoking. Friday to Friday. NB: Unfenced stream in grounds, 20 yards.

Craigfa cottage is a delightful haven for holiday makers to the north west of wales just 8 short miles from the foot hills of mount snowdon making for some great days out for the family. just 200 meters up the road you get a fantastic view of snow capped mountains. craigfa cottage its self is a spacious property with high standard decoration and is very well equipped with everything you’re likly to need for you stay. we found the wood burner created a cosy atmosphere at night and already have decided to come back next year. thanks cottages 4 you for this great holiday. April 2012.

  3. Was a lovely cottage for a big family and group of friends. The kitchen table was ideal for 14 people eating Xmas meal at once!! Lots of space for kids to run around indoors and outside. Well equipt for kids of all ages. Dec 2011.
  4. This has been one of the best weekend aways, we enjoyed a lot!! Cottage was posh and well equipped, we would rather say it was flawlessly luxurious and comfortable that we cancelled our plan of trekking!! A must recommend I will keep coming again and again. Nov 2011.
