Set on the unspoilt Lizard peninsula, are these holiday properties, which have been converted from a fine Edwardian hotel and enjoy an outstanding location on Chynhalls Point, with magnificent views out to sea. Amid large, attractive gardens and grounds, the complex enjoys its own sandy beach and outdoor tennis court. You can enjoy wonderful coastal walks in this beautiful, peaceful area, which is protected by the NT. The path leads down to the fishing village of Coverack, with its shops, restaurant and pub. Here you can enjoy sandy and shingle beaches, deep sea fishing and wind-surfing lessons, all within ½mile. Visit Roskillys Farm, famed for their cream and ice cream, or visit Goonhilly satellite station, 3 miles. The Mullion 18-hole golf course is 9 miles away, and there are plenty of coves and beaches within easy reach. An excellent site for bird watching and rare wild flowers. The apartments have been superbly converted to provide good standard holiday accommodation, with Stanwick (ref B5020) and Flat 10 (ref 24362) having spectacular sea views, they are ideal for couples and families alike. This is a well-placed holiday base from which to explore.

Access to large grounds with attractive gardens, furniture and sandy beach. Shared tennis court. NB: There is a pond in the grounds, 150 yards. NB: Significant drops in grounds.

  3. We enjoyed the sea view from our apartment and the private balcony on which we could have a quiet drink at the beginning and end of our day. We also enjoyed a picnic in the gardens one evening. The block was well situated on the South West Coastal path allowing for walks from our apartment in either direction. It was also just 10 minutes from the pretty village of Coverack with its amenities. June 2010.
  4. We enjoyed being within sight and sound of the sea, and Coverack, a few minutes’ walk away along a path profuse with flowers and butterflies, was a perfect holiday location for relaxation. To top it we sampled local ice cream and local Cornish pasties. The views were glorious, the location was peaceful, with plenty of walks, and the accommodation was very comfortable and welcoming.
