Customer Comments

Selected comment(s) from customers who have enjoyed staying at this property:
  1. Make the most of the coast path and other footpaths. We found a wonderful sculpture park not too far away. March 2012.
  2. We came out of season and there was an issue with heating but how could you complain with a private beach (de facto) fifty feet away which the dogs loved. This is a Daphne du Maurier location for those who wish to escape and the owners have an integral responsibility to their tenants. I left a lap top there and at her own expense the owner returned it. Great for people with dogs. Wonderful views. You feel completely removed from day to day life. Excellent. Jan 2012.
  3. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and tidy. Sept 2010.
  4. Good position for a quiet beach (but beach only at low tide). July 2010.
  5. Loved the location. Liked the size of rooms, views and flowers & cakes were left to welcome us. Oct 2009.
  6. A nice view, utter peace, space, lovely village. June 2009.
  7. Excellent for short hilltop walks, very quiet (may be too quiet for some people but we loved it) good food at the local pub, good value breakfast at the cafe, plenty of places to visit but you do need a car. May 2009.
  8. The welcome pack was a very neat touch as were the lovely daffodils! March 2009.
  9. Cottage exactly as described, welcome tray with cakes and fresh flowers in the room were really appreciated. Very welcoming. Enjoyed the cottage and surrounding areas. March 2009.
  10. The welcoming pack together with the flowers in each room was a lovely thought. The views from the property were stunning. The grounds were well kept and the footpaths from the property onto the headland and down to the beach made for lovely walks with the dog. The weather was fantastic, so we did not need to spend too much money on entertainment. Overall we felt the holiday was good value for money, a quiet secluded location enabled us to relax all week. June 2009.
  11. Superb property. Warm welcome to the cottage. Highly recommended. March 2008.
  12. The standard of accommodation was way beyond our expectation. and the views from the cottage outstanding. Really was like moving into a second home from home . June 2008.
  13. The cottage was really cosy with tea, coffee, cakes, flowers and milk waiting for us. The views were fantastic and we would love to have stayed longer. We hope to visit. March 2008.
  14. Everything was more than satisfactory and we had no problems. A very pleasant stay indeed. The only thing I might suggest is that there are more suggestions for places to eat... didn’t find "the Paris" up to scratch as far as food was concerned. But all in all a VERY enjoyable holiday. Aug 2008.
  15. Seaview was an excellent holiday choice, for both accommodation and location. We have 2 small terriers and they enjoyed the holiday imensley, as did we all. June 2008.
