Set at the end of a ¼ mile track, there are walks from the doorstep and views of the North Pennines. Ullswater, Keswick, Wensleydale, Hawes and Howgills are a 40-minute drive. Shop 3 miles, pubs and restaurant 11/2 miles.

This property is close to the 2014 Tour de France route, come and experience the spectacular scenery for yourself and follow in the trail of some true cycling legends.

Ground floor: 2 double (5ft) bedrooms, (one zip and link). Bathroom with shower over roll-top bath and toilet. First floor: Living room with French doors to balcony and beams/dining room/kitchen with beams. Separate toilet.
