This spacious Colonial style bungalow, built in 1905, is situated in the pretty coastal town of Sutton-on-Sea less than 1/4 mile from the beach. With its own large enclosed rear garden and large balcony leading from the living room, it provides an ideal holiday base for family wishing to relax near the beach or explore this area of Lincolnshire coast. Mablethorpe, 4 miles has Kids Adventure World, whilst Skegness, 12 miles has entertainment for all ages. Sandilands Links golf course 1 mile. Shops, pub and restaurant 3/4 mile.

3 steps to entrance. All on ground floor: Living room. Dining room. Kitchen. 4 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 twin, 1 single. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet.

Woodburner in living room (initial fuel included). Gas central heating and gas included (£25per week, £15 per short break October-March). Electricity, bed linen and towels included. Freeview TV. DVD. Gas cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Large enclosed garden, patio and furniture. Large balcony. Ample parking. No children under 7 years except babes in arms.

  5. Coolgardie is a very interesting colonial bungalow that should have been a ranch house in Australia ,but somehow ended up in Sutton on Sea over a hundred years ago. The cottage has loads of room and bags of character. It is well equipped, has a large enclosed garden and a nice location on a quiet street with direct access to the sandy beach at the bottom of the road. Sutton itself is a quiet and fairly undeveloped seaside town - no garish arcades or masses of beach bars - although these are close by at Skeggie and Mablethorpe if you want them. There’s no better place if you want a quiet seaside holiday. July 2011.
  6. Quirky place, 2 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. Sutton on Sea a sleepy place, which we loved. Coolgardie while a different place to stay and I would recommend. However as some of the internal rooms have an internal doorsill that you need to remember is there and step over, I would say not suitable for those with walking difficulties. Also the only ways into the property involve 3 wooden steps so again may not be suitable for the infirm. May 2011.
  7. Very nice location in a quiet area but only 10 minutes walk to beach.Useful Welcome pack - tea, milk, biscuits, eggs. Well enclosed rear garden - mostly grassed - ideal for anyone with dogs or young children. Sutton on Sea is a pleasant unspoilt town that caters for all essentials. March 2011.
