On the outskirts of the popular tourist resort of Concarneau, next to a campsite, this spacious detached house is well placed for an enjoyable beach holiday.

The house has an open plan living area with fitted kitchen. It also benefits from having a downstairs en-suite bedroom.

The town beaches at Concarneau are very popular (3km/1.9 miles), or go a little further to the sandy coves at Le Cabellou or the long beach at Trégunc. The walled old Port at Concarneau is very popular for a stroll among the wide variety of shops and restaurants. Otherwise, take a day trip by boat to the Glénan Islands.

Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, separate toilet, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower and basin. First floor: Bathroom with basin, separate toilet, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin plus single bed.

Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent May-September, €40 supplement October-April, colour TV, washing machine, microwave, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, garage parking for 1 car, ample off road parking. One pet welcome.

  1. When you go up the drive you think it is as good as the pictures and when you leave your only wish was you were just arriving. Comfortable and clean. While peaceful it is a 3min drive to the town. While we were there (late June) the campsite was not operating. So I had a 20min walk in the morning to get the breakfast buns - a GOOD thing. June 2011.
  2. Nice clean quiet property, well situated for Concarneau and beyond. Aug 2010.
  3. The property was situated in its own garden alongside the campsite. There were no problems with noise from the campsite. The owner was very helpful and we could buy bread and croissants every day from the camp bar. The centre of town was about 10 minutes or less drive away, the nearest supermarket about 5-10 minutes drive. beaches were also a short distance. We thought the house was situated very conveniently. July 2010.
  4. The owner, her sister, her father and her niece were all very helpful and made us all feel very welcome. Although the house is adjacent to the campsite (which they also own) we found this to be quiet and well - run, in keeping with this part of Brittany, and not a disadvantage. We holidayed there last year, have already booked to return this year - and want to come back next year! May 2010.

If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
