1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Property Description

This beautifully presented holiday house is set over three floors directly opposite a pebble beach. Superb panoramic, far reaching views over the sea and lifeboat station can be enjoyed, in particular from the top floor which has a cinema room, with a cleverly designed large window which can be converted into a small balcony area, to take advantage of the wonderful coastal scenery. Having been tastefully refurbished throughout, this house is ideal for families, and has its own enclosed garden and parking. Selsey has a selection of shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes and an indoor pool/leisure area. It is only 10 minute’s drive to Chichester, with its stunning cathedral, festival theatre, pedestrianised shopping, leisure and entertainment facilities and Roman Palace. Goodwood, renowned for its horse and motor racing, and Fontwell racecourse are also nearby. There is plenty to see locally, such as the Butterfly Park, or Pagham Harbour which is a haven for birds and other wildlife. Discover many National Trust Homes and Gardens, such as Petworth House, West Dean Gardens, Goodwood House and Arundel with its castle, wild fowl and wetlands, antiques and books. Also within easy driving distance are Portsmouth, with Spinnaker Tower, waterside dining, day trips to the Isle of Wight and historic ships, The New Forest, or Brighton to the east, with its cosmopolitan feel, Royal Pavilion where the Prince Regent once resided, and plenty of seaside entertainment, arts, crafts and museums. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 1/2 mile.

The cottage was beautifully decorated and boasted an excellent position, with a lovely stream straight behind the property.   5. This is a lovely house in a great location. We made full use of the Cinema Room which is super. The beach is a pebble beach but if you want sand West Wittering is very close by with all the sand you could want. This property is also well placed for visits to Chichester and Portsmouth and the Spinnaker Tower is well worth a visit. We went with my daughter, son-in law and 3 grandchildren and we all agreed it was a great house and a great holiday. Aug 2011.

TV room was excellent - lovely views of the sea and beach. 5 adults so we always try to find 3 good size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - this fitted the bill very well. Would have appreciated up to date info on tourist attractions, places to visit and some information on Selsy + a street map! Aug 2011.
  7. Great location, it was a pity that we did not have an easy way of contacting our landlady. The cinema room was the outstanding feature of the house. The views just incredible. Our return to this house is a must. June 2011.
