1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Within the Brecon Beacons National Park, these semi-detached holiday cottages within the owner’s grounds, just a mile to Talybont village with pubs, café and the Monmouthshire to Brecon Canal. There are bridle paths, footpaths and the Taff Trail within 1/4 mile, a registered cycle trail within 100 yards, and fishing and riding nearby. A breakfast hamper containing produce off the farm can be ordered before arrival for £5 per person per day. Brecon is approx 4½ miles. Hereford, Monmouth and Abergavenny are all nearby. Shops, pubs and restaurants 4½ miles.

Ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with patio doors and slate floor. Beams throughout. Stone spiral staircase to first floor: 1 double bedroom with Velux, 1 single with additional pull-out single on landing area separated from bedroom with curtain. Bathroom with slipper bath, shower attachment and toilet.

Woodburner in living room providing hot water (initial fuel inc). Garden with sitting-out area and furniture. Parking (2 cars).

  1. Excellent location - close to Abergavenny and Brecon if you need human contact or run out of shampoo - far enough away that you dont have to see anyone at all. So many walks out of the front door, easy access to the rest of the Brecons, the accomodation was lovely and the family excellent hosts. Sept 2012.
  2. This property is lovely and cosy. The location is excellent as there are many walks from the doorstep meaning it is possible to leave the car. The owners are very welcoming and accommodating going out of their way letting occupants borrow bikes and giving lifts into the village. The village itself is lovely with a wide selection of good pubs. March 2012.
  3. Very cosy and comfortable, peace and quiet was very welcome. Superb produce supplied for breakfast, in fact we must have gained a few pounds inspite of all the walking we did. The dogs were welcomed in so many places, and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of walks. June 2011.
