Customer Comments

Selected comment(s) from customers who have enjoyed staying at this property:
  1. The cottage is set up a very steep hill, so if you are not very mobile, not an easy walk to the centre of Boscastle, even though it is not far. The garden is also steep but a lovely view from the top. The cottage is very comfortable. Aug 2012.
  2. An easy cottage to access by car, with the bonus of reserved parking outside the cottage and ample additional roadside space nearby. The cottage is cosy and welcoming, with the benefit of an elevated private lawned area for good weather days! The pub is just a minute’s walk away, and has draught Tribute and other local beers served straight from the barrel, with no pipes or taps! (They also do good food). April 2012.
  3. Ideal location for travelling around the area, parking outside a real bonus. The cottage was well equipped and clean. Recommend local pub and restaurant 2 mins down the road. Lovely views from garden. Sept 2011.
  4. The cottage was really lovely and comfortable. It was very well equipped and had everything to make you feel at home. The view from the garden was fabulous. The Napoleon pub at the end of the road and the 2 pubs in Boscastle provide good food. June 2011.
  5. Little garden with a lovely view of the sea in the distance. Very clean and well cared for property with all essential equipment. Good location in a quiet area. Would be useful if the property had a dvd player. Overall very happy with this property and would recommend it to others and would love to return. Aug 2010.
  6. Characterful, thoughtful decoration, clean. July 2010.
  7. As described in the brochure. April 2010.
  8. The cottage was well furbished and furnished and in an immaculate condition. It was as described on the website. March 2010.
  9. Location was fantastic, cottage was very well furnished and in great condition. We had a very comfortable stay. Nov 2009.
  10. Cottage was clean, well equipped and homely. Sept 2009.
  11. The cottage was lovely. The only complaint I have is that the brochure stated there would be a video player. Most properties have a dvd player nowadays, but anyway, I took some videos with me instead. However, on arrival there was not even a video player! Otherwise everything was great. The garden is a beautiful, peaceful place to sit, with a fabulous view of the sea! Very steep walk up from the village, but lessens the guilt of eating too many pasties! Sept 2009.
  12. Quiet and peaceful location. Beautiful sunsets from the garden and a positive advantage to have a parking space provided. April 2009.
  13. Beautiful, spacious little cottage. Aug 2009.
  14. A lovely little cottage, well equipped- beds comfortable, which has not always been the case on other cottage holidays. Well places for excellent walking, pity about the torrential rain! July 2009.
  15. Another photo from the front of the cottage would be good as well as the ones there as I thought the cottage would be smaller than it was and it was in fact quite sizable. March 2009.
  16. Boscastle is a very friendly village. The walk to and from the cottage to the village is quite steep but a lovely place. Oct 2008.
  17. Your descriptions are truthful & properties are of a high standard in great locations. Aug 2007.
  18. The cottage is very lovely, comfortably furnished with pretty bedrooms, and in a beautiful spot in Boscastle, you won’t be disappointed. Oct 2007.
