Historic houses, quaint fishing villages and moorland walks all close by. Eden Project and Heligan within 45 minutes. Fishing, boating and shopping all available at Looe. Shop and pub 300 yards.

Ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen. First floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Woodburner in living room included. Storage heaters (October-April) included. Electricity by £1 meter. Bed linen and towels for hire. Travel cot. High chair. Freeview TV. DVD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Payphone. Garden. Ample parking. No smoking. Sunday to Sunday.

  2. We had a fantastic week holidays, the cottage is very cosy, well equipped and well located. Easy access to beach, shops, postoffice. Disappointed by the local "The Inn on the Shore" though, bad food and average service, a shame as the view is stunning! We went to visit Land’s End and Saint Ives, Penzance and closer area. Very nice contact with Angela and the owners as well. We even saw dolphins from the living room! We recommend warmly this place! April 2012.
  3. Perfect little cottage Good pub nearby with fantastic sea views from terrace. The cottage is in a very quiet location and the sea view was just fabulous . We spent a very enjoyable hour sat in the garden watching the dolphins out at sea . Another very good pub and restaurant about 2 miles away called the Finnygook Inn. March 2012.
  4. We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage. It was cosy, comfortable and well equipped. I was surprised by how big the kitchen was and at the modern fittings, the living room had a lovely view of the garden and sea and the bathroom was also modern and spacious. The location was quiet and there wasn’t much there, shop, pub and cafe - all you need and this was exactly as we wanted it (though I suspect it would be much busier in high season). A mile’s walk away was the village of Seaton with a little park and a couple more cafe’s and for more bustle we ventured out in the car to see nearby Looe, Polperro and Fowey - all beautiful little towns.   12. It was in excellent condition, everything provided that you could possibly need. Beautiful location overlooking the sea, quiet and peaceful, yet with a pub, restaurant and shop within 5 minutes walk. Also wifi access and television and dvd. Good situation for Looe, Polperro and Torpoint locations including Mount Edgcumbe. Antony House and 40 minutes to Eden Project and Gardens of Heligan. July 2010.

  14. The cottage is big enough for 4 adults. It has a large, brandnew kitchen which provides in everthing, you can’t name a thing they don’t have. Splendid! Bedrooms are perfect and clean. Bathroom is also new and clean. Livingroom is in contrast with the kitchen a bit small. Nevertheless well furnished and then the garden and the view: SMASHING! May 2010.
