The property, situated on a working farm, offers spacious accommodation and has some charming original features. Exmoor National Park has much to offer, with delightful scenery, and is a must for keen walkers. For beach lovers the fantastic "Golden Coast" beaches of North Devon’s coastline is within 20 miles. Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe should not be missed. The popular resort of Ilfracombe is within easy reach. Shop 5 miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

Ground floor: Entrance hall/dining room. Living room with beams. Kitchen. 1 double (5ft) bedroom with additional single. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. First floor: 2 double bedrooms, one with additional single. Shower room with toilet.

Woodburner in living room (initial fuel included). Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. High chair. Satellite TV. DVD. CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine.   1. Lovely cottage that is both spacious and isolated from the rush of daily life. Ideally to located to explore parts of Exmoor and Devon. Garden is good for dogs, however involves walking around the side of the house to access. The farm dogs are curious but well behaved. Oct 2012.

  3. Very friendly owners who made us scrumptious chocolate chip muffins. They also made up another room for my Mum downstairs because she couldn’t get upstairs. Very peaceful farm. All we could hear was sheep, birds and bees. We had a lovely holiday. May 2012.
  4. This is a lovely holiday property. It is comfortable, cosy and charming in an old way. Charlotte and Richard are both lovely. We had logs, Champagne, milk and an amazing Lemon Drizzle cake waiting for us on arrival. It is very quiet, despite being a working farm. The weather was terrible whilst we were there, so the mud was quite something! However no one could have done anything to prevent that, just don’t take your best shoes! We were a group of 6, made up of 3 couples and Beth the dog, who wanted to get away for New Year - it was brilliant! Go to Dulverton, there is a pub just over the bridge that does lovely food and you can take your dog in! Dec 2011.
  5. The farmhouse was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable, Charlotte and Richard the owners where fantastic hosts, we had lovely cake and fresh eggs from the chickens. Highly recommend, a very peaceful and beautiful setting. Will definitely visit the farmhouse in the near future. Aug 2011.
  6. Very comfortable, spacious, well-presented cottage set in a very peaceful, albeit quite "off the beaten track", location. The weather stopped us from using the garden as much as we would have liked given its size and practicality with small children. Overall, a lovely cosy cottage with a very homely feel. June 2011.
  7. Excellent in all respects. Would recommend visitors have a sat-nav in the car as the country lanes all look the same and it is easy to get lost. Local town of Dulveston is close and has a good range of shops, facilities and restaurant/pubs. May 2011.
  8. Walks and views beautiful in surrounding countryside. House convenient for our needs - 3 dogs and 3 bedrooms - deep in the countryside. A door into the garden would have been an added bonus. May 2011.
  9. The property was excellent. Although we visited during their hectic lambing time, we were encouraged by Charlotte and Richard and their helpers to visit the lambing sheds and even witnessed our first live birth ! No complaints whatsoever, nothing was too much trouble. March 2011.
  10. Lots of things were excellent, they were just about to refurbish the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. Very homely, welcoming, clean and tidy. Nov 2010.

  18. Fantastic cottage, wonderful hosts, a great way to unwind. You really can get away from it all, but dont expect to nip to the shops if you forget anything!. A fantastic cottage, especially if you want a quiet relaxing holiday away from the stress of everyday life. Aug 2009.
  19. Large rooms, bathroom and bedroom downstairs and also upstairs. The owners were very friendly, but not intrusive, we could walk all over the farm, enough furniture for the size of the property. Sept 2009.
