1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Flavourful fruit wines also available. Sedlescombe Vineyard is England’s premier organic vineyard offering sparkling wines, fruit wines, fruit juice and farmhouse ciders whilst Tenterden Vineyard enables you to stroll through 15 acres of peaceful vineyards, guided tours available during the summer months. Also explore the lovely Wealden town of Tenterden, home to the Kent and Sussex steam railway, pullman dining for special occasions, and offering a wealth of antique shops, tearooms and public house to enjoy. For beaches with golden sands try Camber or visit the cosmopolitan resort of Hastings with its large fishing fleet, why not take home a dressed crab for supper? And explore its higgledy-piggledy old town complete with art galleries and interesting shops to provide you with a souvenir of your holiday. Don’t miss Battle Abbey, Yesterdays World - opposite the Abbey an award winning social history museum, Rye Castle Museum, Bodiam Castle and slightly further afield the Roman fortress now, Pevensey Castle. For gardens try Pashley Manor, winner of the HHA/Christies Garden of the Year award and Herstmonceaux Castle grounds. Golf also available locally. The old towns of Battle, Rye and Hastings (with beaches) are all just a short drive. The Eurotunnel is 40 minutes away and Dover is 1 hours drive, for trips to France. Shop and pub 1/4 mile.   1. We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very peaceful, and the cottage was very well equipt. I did not realise it had two bathrooms which was a real bonus. There were a number of places to visit in the location, and we especially enjoyed our visit to Carr Taylors Vine Yard. The only reason I have ticked that I would not visit the cottage and area again is because we like to visit different areas. June 2012.

Although on a farm complex we had total privacy. Lovely area to visit, with the beautiful town of Rye and Hastings old town close by. We had a lovely relaxing break and did not want to come home!   5. We booked this house & the Oast house next door. Great houses & location, especially for a get-together with other dog owning friends, we had 5 dogs between us. House very comfy & easy to clean up muddy paws etc before we left, so didnt feel anxious about dogs being in living room with us in evening. Lovely garden & great walks around.
