Church Farm is a beautifully presented detached farmhouse situated in a quiet location on the edge of the picturesque village of Goathland in the heart of the North York Moors National Park. The property has a wood burning stove in an original stone fireplace in the charming sitting room, beamed ceilings and a spacious bespoke dining kitchen. Every attention to detail has been taken care of to ensure a truly relaxing holiday or short break in this perfectly appointed farm house. Enjoy the spacious conservatory where there are lovely views over the delightful south facing lawned garden or simply sit and relax over leisurely meals; for those warmer days the patio provides a sheltered spot for alfresco dining.

Cloakroom: with WC and basin.
Kitchen/diner: with four door Aga, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, iron/ironing board, access to large conservatory with dining table and sitting area.
Sitting room: with wood burning stove, Freeview TV/DVD, radio/CD, iPod dock and a selection of books and games.

with double bed and en-suite shower room with WC and basin (access door to drive).

Cot and highchair available. Initial supply of logs for the stove. Bed linen and towels provided. Enclosed lawned garden, patio, garden table and chairs. Private parking for two cars. Double garage. One well behaved dog welcome, downstairs only please.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
