Property Description

A peacefully situated 16th-century farmhouse, in unspoilt countryside, close to the Suffolk coast at Southwold – with golf, fishing and sailing. Minsmere and Dunwich (with bird-watching) and Aldeburgh, well known for its music festival and concerts, all nearby. Part of this characterful house forms a very well-furnished self-contained wing . There are south and west-facing lawned gardens at the holiday property. Shop 2 miles.

Entrance into hallway. Sunny and very well-furnished, heavily beamed living/dining room with wood-burning stove set in inglenook fireplace. Very well-fitted country kitchen. First floor: Large double bedroom with 6ft bed. Twin bedroom. En-suite shower room with toilet, access from both bedrooms. Second floor: Attic room/children’s ‘fun room’.

  8. Church Farm is an idyllic, tranquil setting for a relaxing holiday. It is furnished to a high standard. The owners are very friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. The gardens are beautiful and there is a variety of wildlife to be seen. The holiday was an experience not to be missed!! June 2010.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
