1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Property Description

This very attractive Breton villa is situated in a large garden on the edge of a private wood. The comfortably furnished interior boasts a particularly well-equipped kitchen, and the enclosed garden offers plenty of space for children to run around in, as well as ensuring tranquillity. The beach at Kerfany is a mere 3km from the holiday property, and here you may wish to try your hand at sailing, yachting or canoeing. If you prefer to travel further afield, the region provides a wealth of opportunities to explore the coastline and countryside on foot or by bicycle; you are never very far away from megaliths, chapels or river creeks. The River Bélon, famous for its oysters, is also close by, as is the renowned artists’ town of Pont-Aven.

  1. Lovely quiet location, beautiful grounds, excellent base for coast and major towns in the location. Aug 2012.
  2. We were a a bit surprised that there was no kettle, but this was a French house, owned by French people. Mentioned this to the owner and she noted the absence, and seemed that she might provide one! The villa is lovely, clean, easy to live in and the surrounding garden and wood make it very private. Would be excellent for children to play in. The three bedrooms were all doubles. It is sometimes convenient to have a twin bedded room. There was a complete absence of any information in the house - no house book for comments, no information on things to do, places to visit, local shopping/supermarkets, etc, maps and routes for walking. By the end of our stay, there were several (we think useful) brochures, maps, walking routes, etc. Having said all this, this is a lovely house to stay in, and one which we would definitely recommend. June 2010.

  4. Fantastic property, well equipped inside, two patios to follow the sun, great bbq, and the kids can play in woods or the enormous lawn. July 2009.
  5. This property has the best garden and private woodland of any I have experienced so far. It was a priviledge to be allowed access to such wonderful facilities. Had the weather been better we would have used it more. With such an excellent property it was a pleasure to stay home when the weather was poor. June 2007.
