  1. Excellent hospitality and friendly owners. Central to all areas, a wonderful area for a family holiday of any age. I think this is our fifth visit and we shall go again. Oct 2011.
  2. This accommodation was brilliant, Having the added bonus of the indoor swimming pool and games room was perfect. The owners were so friendly and helpful and I would recommend to my friends. July 2011.
  3. This is an excellent family holiday with a welcome. We loved everything about it. It is our third visit and although I thought the teenagers of the family wouldn’t like to come again next year, I was out-voted and we shall be going back. So you see it has something for all of the family. It’s like a good old fashioned Christmas week. We get to chat play stupid family games, have a laugh and get to know each other. Things that when we are all too busy at work don’t have the time to do. Oct 2010.
  4. It was perfect for families with children between 0 -7 years. The toys and play equipment were such a bonus. Those with the indoor swimming pool, gym and adult games room, it was fantastic. A rainy day did not matter at all. Oct 2010.
  5. The barn was very spacious, well equipped, with some excellent children’s toys. We liked the split levels which gave us some privacy from the other bedrooms. The swimming pool was one of the best we have been to, the playground with trampoline was great and the goat guarding the gate was friendly! Sept 2010.
  6. Excellent facilities for families, appealed to a wide age range felt very homely and comfortable. Loads to keep kids entertained and all very well maitained. We didn’t want to leave. May 2010.
  7. The accommodation was very comfortable and very well equipped. It was suitable for 10 people, but we were only 7 and had plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. It would also have been plenty for 10. April 2010.
  8. Great position and facilities for a family holiday. Owners were the most helpful and nice people that we have met in all our years of cottage renting. April 2010.
  9. The thoughtfulness of all the facilities and presentation. The owner and his wife were extremely helpful and welcoming. March 2010.
  10. Excellent facilities; indoor swimming pool, billiard table, table tennis. Feb 2010.

  12. Lovely property, welcoming hosts, extras provided (i.e loo paper, washing up liquid, DVDs, books, toys) Good central position on Island. Delightful conversion, lots of thoughtful touches. Charming and welcoming hosts; brilliant amenities for children - swimming pool, trampoline, climbing frame, toy tractors to side. Our 4 yr old granddaughter didn’t want to leave! Aug 2009.
  13. The holiday lived up to my expectations. The age range was from 6years to 65 years. There was eleven of us in all and there was plenty to do for all the family. Amongs the group there were two teenagers and I asked them if they would like to do it again. The verdic was 100% yes for all the family. I have told all my friends and extended family how great it was and I think you will have some additional bookings in the future. May 2008.
  14. The only problem was that the holiday had to end, I could live here forever... Feb 2009.
  15. The accommodation was ideal for the family with use of the pool you are not dictated to by the weather . The age range in our party was 8 month to 62 years and we all enjoyed the holidays. Aug 2008.
