Property Description

The property has panoramic mountain views to the front and rear and provides an ideal base for groups wishing to explore the area and enjoy the town’s amenities. Equipped with many personal touches for guests to enjoy, including a Lakeland picture and book collection and a comprehensive set of walkers’ maps. Chestnut Hill is on the route to mountain walks and the River Greta Valley Walk is only two minutes from the house. The nearest pub is five minutes walk and provides an ideal way to wind down after a hard days exploring.

Ground Floor: Chestnut Hill is centrally heated, double glazed and comprises:
Lounge: With bay windows and views to Causey Pike, living flame gas fire with marble period fire surround, I pod dock, wide screen Smart TV with DVD/CD/radio and surround sound home theatre.
Kitchen: Spacious luxury kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric fan oven, large larder, fridge and freezer.
Dining room: With oak furniture, wide screen TV, CD/Ipod dock/ music centre and open fire with Lakeland stone fireplace.
Rear Porch: With tumble dryer and washing machine.

First Floor: Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with high quality co-ordinating bedding, wash hand basin and views of the mountains.
Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with high quality co-ordinating bedding and views of the mountains.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with high quality co-ordinating bedding, wash hand basin and views to mountains.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
