  1. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cherwell Cottage. Very comfortable, roomy accommodation. Easy access to local walks and a good location to lots of different tourist attractions. Would recommend this property without hesitation and will return for another stay. June 2012.

  3. This property has been fitted out to a very high standard and in good condition. We spent all of Christmas at Cherwell and had a great time. The carols round the Christmas tree on the village green on Christmas Eve really kick started our holiday. The kitchen was the best stocked with utensils, cuttlery and crockery we have ever seen over many years of renting holiday cottages. The only downside for our dog was no back garden. Dec 2011.

  9. The 2 adjoining properties were perfect for a large family reunion: 5 bathrooms/toilets & 2 dishwashers/washing machines, made for great comfort. We were able to have a family dinner party for 15 al fresco one evening. Access to a lawn would have been useful for our toddlers, but village green was handily close by. As ever, your company has lived up to expectations, especially crucial as we had recommended it to our relatives who came from Vancouver, Paris & Brazil. June 2011.

The conversion fronts a courtyard of historic farm buildings in a secluded, tranquil setting. The properties adjoin the village green and overlook pasture and woodland. The holiday cottages can be booked together or separately and because they are easily accessed from both north and south, they provide an ideal base for sightseeing breaks, holidays and reunions. Warmington is a hidden treasure, with its stone and thatch cottages, duck pond, traditional pub and Norman church. It sits within an AONB under historic Edge Hill and thus provides many local walks and a choice of villages to explore. On the edge of the Cotswolds, it is also close to major attractions such as Warwick Castle, Stratford-upon-Avon, Oxford, Althorpe Park, Silverstone, the Royal Agricultural Showground and NEC. There are many NT properties within striking distance; and locally numerous recreational opportunities including riding, golf, fishing. Nearby Banbury offers comprehensive leisure, shopping facilities, twice-weekly market and of course a Fine Lady on a White Horse! Shops 3 miles.
