1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Property Description

Just 100 yards from the picturesque harbour and sandy beach of Mousehole, this delightful property is one of a pair and offers elegant holiday accommodation with a light and airy modern feel, whilst maintaining many original features - pannelled ceilings and stripped floors. The village has a maze of winding streets and alleys reminiscent of the old fishing industry; the harbour makes the perfect place for enjoying an ice cream or pasty. Many places of interest to visit, including St Michaels Mount (NT), sandy beaches at Sennen and Porthcurno with the Minack Theatre hewn into the cliffs or Tate Gallery (St Ives). Shop 200 yards, pub 100 yards.

  4. If you visit St Ives use the little train from Lelant Sidings excellent, no parking problems!! Three bathrooms very useful. Within walking distance to pub and little shop, also Old Coastguard Hotel superb food. One small point - sofas rather low. May 2011.

  7. Fantastic location in Mousehole. A great cottage for larger parties. 3 bathrooms, a sheltered garden and parking space (although small) were all a great bonus. Would recommend and hope to be back. July 2010.
  8. The position in which the cottage is situated is brilliant just a few hundred yards from the harbour. The housekeeper is very welcoming and is just a phone call away and lives just down the road in case anything needs tending to. July 2010.
  9. Neutral decoration, everything you could need in the kitchen and a very nice ’feel’ to the whole property, which was commented on by many previous guests in the visitors comments book. Garden was much bigger than expected from the description on the website and, considering the area, it was a real bonus to have any outside space at all with the property. May 2010.
  10. We were not disappointed with Chapel Place. We absolutely loved the cottage. The rooms were huge and very, very homely. The decoration and furnishings are lovely. I would say it was a home from home, except it was better than being at home as it is bigger than the cottage we live in! We would not hesitate to rebook. We LOVED Mousehole and have visited many times, unfortunately Chapel Place is not available for Christmas 2010 as I have already checked online!! Dec 2009.

  13. This cottage was beautifully presented and in an excellent location for coastal walks, several NT properties close by and beaches if you want them. Local pub was great and welcomed our dog too. Accommodation good for six adults and we would definitely consider returning. June 2009.
