Saignon is a gorgeous perched village with views over Apt below. The property, accessed via a 200m country track, is set in quiet countryside just a couple of minutes from Saignon and lively Apt town (3 km). The 180 degree views from this charming little property reach far across to the Monts de Vaucluse, Northern Luberon Hills and much more. Locally, there are well marked trails, or visit by car Aix-en-Provence and all the pretty Lubéron villages. The apartment adjoins the owners’ farmhouse, a discreet young couple, who have their own private entrance to their property. The interior of the apartment is neat and compact with original features such as Provençal ceilings and exposed stone walls. The pool adjoins a large poolhouse barn conversion.

  10. We liked the fact that it was private, fantastic view. The double bed in the main bedroom was very small and pool house was great - the pool was FANTASTIC, so clean and well maintained hosts delightful. July 2009.
  11. The location and the swimming pool area were fantastic. The property was clean and generally nicely furnished. The only down side was the quality of the crockery and the range of cooking utensils/pots/pans etc. I can’t really comment on the owners as they were away on holiday themselves, but they kindly left homemade cake and jam for us. The owner was very welcoming, the property was lovely and clean but the best part of the holiday for us was the swimming pool, which we had to ourselves all week.There are beautiful views from the property, we just felt so relaxed. The pool house was good for seeking shade and fully equipped with Gas BBQ and fridge. Saignon, the local village is very pretty. Great location. July 2008.
