Airy and comfortable, the property makes an ideal base for exploring the superb National Trust coastline, the excellent beaches at Rock, Daymer and Polzeath, and the harbour town of Padstow and Port Isaac. Cycling on the Camel Trail, golf, riding, fishing and sailing are all available locally. Shops and pub 600 yards.

  2. Being on the river plenty of birds (ducks, seagulls, etc), but some mornings the dawn chorus was too early! For town of Wadebridge only 5 minute walk away over the bridge for shops, pubs and restaurants. Perfect centre for biking. Apartment was very clean with every requirement supplied for a comfortable holiday. Good secure car parking included. April 2011.

  16. The property is an ideal base for touring the area as most attractions are within easy traveling distance. As it is a small town, there are excellent evening dining venues within easy walking distance of the property. This means that you can dine enjoying a glass of wine (or two) without the worry of driving. June 2008.
  17. The location relative to other parts of Cornwall is excellent. Padstow, the beaches, Eden project, Camel trail - all are on the doorstep. A lovely part of the world and a lovely base from which to see it all. Aug 2007.
