1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

There are sandy beaches offering all watersports close by, stunning coastal National Heritage walks and renowned links golf courses. Visit delightful Abersoch beach, take a boat trip to Bardsey Island renowned for its wildlife and discover the beauty of Snowdonia. There are many scenic railways which travel through the hills and forests for you to enjoy, alternatively day trips to Caernarfon and Harlech Castles, Betws-y-Coed, Anglesey and Victorian Llandudno can also be enjoyed. Horse riding nearby. Shop and pub 2.5 miles, restaurant 3 miles.

  1. A completetly relaxing time, although it is a working farm abd you are surounded by the really hospitable and friendly family who would do anything for you. You still have the feeling you are isolated, you would not beleive that you were on a working farm. There are so many arreactiuns around the penninsularand lovely beaches all within a seven mile radius. Oct 2012.
  2. The best cottage we have rented. We have already booked for next year. The owner was so friendly and helpful. We had every thing we needed. Close to several beaches but needed a car. Several nice places to eat but we tended to go to the hotel at Aberdaron dog friendly hotel and beach plus clean toilets open to public. Sept 2012.

  4. Third visit to Cae Bach cottage. Homely, warm and comfortable and cosy - nice to relax in if weather not good. Most beautiful area of country in easy reach all beaches. Friendly hospitable farm family. All mod cons - TV, Dvd, utility, bath, shower, large kitchen with Aga. Enclosed garden for children and dogs. Garden for children and dogs. March 2012.
  5. The location was as described rural and a couple of miles to the nearest shop/pub, pitch black at night and excellent beach walks just as we required! Though be advised most beaches do not welcome dogs between May and September so as we went in Feb it was perfect! Feb 2012.
  6. If you want to get out and about North West Wales then this is good for you, only 7 miles from Pwhelli and internet access at the library, free if you have a library card from your own library. Blue Moon Tea Rooms are great, we always use them, simple fayre but good, and reasonably priced. Whistling sands a good walk out, and if you have dogs then this location good for you. Plenty of lovely sandy beaches, and farm family very welcome, we have been going now for 10 years. Its quiet, but you can get into places on the bus. But we have a car so its fine for us, The Ship in Edern good food and the Bryn Carn also good. Good views on The Lion in Tudweiliog too but we as yet have yet to try it. Dec 2011.

  12. The property is in an excellent location on the farm. Close enough to see the farm at work but far enough away for privacy. The facilities are excellent with lovely gardens and enclosed lawn area at the rear of the property for our two year old daughter to run freely. June 2010.
