This detached holiday bungalow is tastefully furnished, has all facilities and a patio ideal for dining al fresco. Situated on a working sheep farm with wonderful hill and sea views, scenic coastal walks and a sandy cove one mile away. The pretty village of Aberdaron 1.5 miles away has a stunning sandy beach, two pubs, a tea room and boat trips to Bardsey Island, famous for its birdlife. Visit famous Abersoch with its lovely beach, good watersports, fishing, golf courses and restaurants. Discover Caernarfon and Harlech castles, Mount Snowdon mountain railway and all Snowdonia. Horse riding nearby. Shop and pub 2 miles, restaurant 1.5 miles.

All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. Utility room. 3 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 single (for alternative sleeping only). Bathroom with shower attachment and toilet.

Oil central heating and electricity included (£20per week October-April). Bed linen included. Video. CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Freezer. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Parking (2 cars). No smoking.

  2. Our second visit to this property, no change from our previous visit. Remains very peaceful and such a beautiful location set on a working farm, with views out to sea as well as surrounding fields and hills. The owner who also runs the farm welcomed us back and our own border collie made some new friends with the working collies from the farm. Coastal walks a few minutes from the property with a small cove with steps down to reach it, (only for the mildly fit). Local trips available and small seaside villages to welcome you as you explore the coast. May 2012.

  4. The location was fantastic, the cottage was immaculate and they had thought of everything that you would need. The views from the windows in the cottage was really nice, you could see the sea from the living room window and fields as far as the eye could see from the other side of the living room. Really nice walks around the area and only a 15 minute walk to a lovely quiet beach, but you need to climb 164 steps down to it. Aberdaron is only 5 mins in the car with great places to eat and a lovely stretch of beach. The only down side to the holiday were if you ventured out and about and have a dog, they are not allowed on alot of the beaches or harbours. Overall a brilliant holiday and would definitely go back again. Aug 2011.

  6. I needed a weekend of rest and getting away from it all. An unpretentious - looking cottage but the location was perfect-look at the sea, the sky and the sheep, nothing touristy but a decent shop and pub dinner in five minutes drive. A very pleasant landlady and everything in the cottage we needed. Very refreshing. June 2011.

  8. The bungalow is located down a quiet country lane and is surrounded by a working farm fields. The views out of the lounge are so beautiful with hills to the side aspect and the sea to the front. If you want to completely get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life then this place is a must. This is our fourth visit to this property and nothing has changed in the unspoilt area since our last stay 4 years ago. May 2011.
  9. The cottage is situated on a working sheep farm, we saw the owner everday tending to her sheep. Nice for us townies to see. The location is stunning with a lovely beach 1 mile away, 20 minute walk. Wistling sands is well worth a visit, like being in the med. It is worth walking over to the craggs that can be seen out of the living room window, a good walk if youre up to it and you can see Hellsmouth beach when you get there. This was our secong year and we booked for 2 weeks this time. We like the cottage, the area, the peace and the views and Mrs Jones is very friendly without being over friendly. If you are going its well worth taking a camera. Well done Mrs Jones 10 out of 10 for the second year. March 2011.
  10. This cottage was in a loverly quiet place on the side of a hill with sea views. The cottage itself was fantastic there was plenty of room and it was loverly and warm. Nov 2010.
  11. The property was perfectly situated in a remote location. it was warm, clean and quiet. The views are wondeful; across fields to the sea. A seculded beach was within a 10 minute walk. It is an ideal base for exploring this wonderful part of Wales. Oct 2010.
