1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Property Description

This pet friendly holiday cottage is situated on the southern edge of the village of Pilley. The conservatory and bay window at the front of the house look south directly onto farmland, presently used for grazing horses, to the hills of the Isle of Wight about 1½ miles away. From the front door it is only a short walk into the village, with its shop and pub, or alternatively you have direct access into the New Forest National Park. Lymington with its port and marinas is close by. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.

Ground floor: Living room with laminate floor/dining room. Step to kitchen. Conservatory. Utility room. Bathroom with corner bath, shower attachment and toilet. First floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single. Shower room with double shower cubicle and toilet.

NSH, electric heaters, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Satellite TV. Video. DVDs. Stereo/CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washer/dryer. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Enclosed garden and furniture. Ample parking. No smoking.

  2. I can only say WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! Perfect location to visit all parts of the New Forest and seaside resorts,you can return to a choice of two excellent food pubs and then go back to a very well cared for home. You have Sky and the use of a DVD collection and around 100 CD’s. Perfect time had by all. March 2012.
  3. This property is not well equipped for families travelling with babies. You need to take your own travel cot and high chair, if these items were available, even if it was for a minimal extra charge, I am sure it would be appreciated. Overall the cottage was very well maintained and a pleasure to stay in. March 2012.
  4. House is very spacious with large garden extending front and back and a sunny conservatory. Village shop and pub a few minutes walk away.Take a torch if you wish to walk to the pub at night! Great walks from the village into the Forest. Nov 2011.

The location of the cottage was ideal as we had two dogs with us and we were just a couple of minutes walk into the New Forest and just a short drive from the shops at Lymington and several lovely beaches.
