Bryncrwn Cottage is a spacious conversion of a traditional Welsh farmhouse set in the hillside. Every room of this superior dwelling boasts uninterrupted views of Aberystwyth (5 miles away) and the Cambrian Hills. The detached holiday cottage has been tastefully renovated and decorated to a very high standard. The en-suite master bedroom has access onto the patio area. The cottage is ideally situated in a secluded position on a working sheep farm, only 3 miles from the coast and a short drive into the rural town of Aberystwyth. Perfectly located for discovering the beauties of both North and South Wales. Shops and pub 3 miles.

  4. My wife is disabled and we have two pets. This property is perfect for our needs. It is modern, spotlessly clean and various items of food are supplied as a welcome gift. Have been several times before and will continue to visit regularly. The one thing that would make it perfect is wifi. March 2012.
  5. The cottage is very comfortable, the views from virtually every window are great. A very warm and friendly welcome, under floor heating was smashing, it would be great for a winter/early spring break(you could then watch the lambs in the fields whilst having breakfast). Good position for visiting Aber and the surrounding attractions. Oct 2011.

  10. The cottage was very well equipped, thoroughly modern and a little haven of peace and quiet. Laura, the owner, came and introduced herself but then we never saw her again until the end of the week although she did say to knock on the door if we needed anything. I would denfinately recommend this cottage. May 2011.
  11. We were very comfortable and the owners were extremely helpful. The only thing to be wary of is the fire alarm - you need to keep the toaster near an open window!! The dogs were made welcome too, and we will certainly be back. April 2011.
  12. Having stayed in a large number of holiday cottages, this is without doubt our favourite. We have been twice and will be returning for the third time shortly. A house manual would be useful. March 2011.

  16. Beautiful cottage set on a hill above Aberystwyth great location, very easy access to the university and surrounding country side. Very well appointed inside with all essential kitchen equipment. Welcome gift of flowers, bread, milk, butter and Welsh cakes where a lovely surprise. Sept 2010.

  18. This barn conversion has been beautifully done, and furnished very well. The location is very peaceful, with stunning views over towards Aberystwyth. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and have just booked again for next year! Aug 2010.

The accommodation and facilities were everything we’d hoped for (and more) and the welcome pack was a lovely touch.
